Sales Assistant

You don't need to have previous Optics or Audiology experience, but if you do that's great! You do need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores. You also need to be attentive, reliable and have the customer as the focus point of all you do!

What we’re looking for?   

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as Call Centre Assistant. These include:

• Great customer service skills
• Reliable

• Thrive in a fast paced and customer centric environment
• Great communication
• Previous retail experience

Within this role you’ll also be required to complete and post orders, receive and check deliveries, and maintain Hearcare accessories and aids displays. You will also need to give good clear advice to customers on how to look after and clean their hearing aids. Not worked with hearing aids before? Don’t worry! We will teach you everything you need to know about hearing aids.
