Senior Legal Counsel

What will you be doing? You'll be drafting, negotiating, and completing commercial contracts, ensuring all agreements align with company policies and legal requirements. You'll also provide legal support for joint venture arrangements, advise on industry-specific regulatory compliance, and managing shareholder litigation and risks. Your role will involve building strong relationships and trust with stakeholders, identifying and mitigating legal risks, and supporting strategic corporate projects.

Are you a qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience in corporate and contractual law? We want to hear from you. You will have experience in joint venture contracting, in shareholder litigation and risk mitigation, and in company secretarial law and procedure. Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset are essential, as is the ability to manage a high workload with effective time management and clear priorities.
