Senior Merchandising Manager

Are you a visual merchandising pro with a knack for turning retail spaces into irresistible customer magnets?  If you’re nodding enthusiastically, keep reading.   

In this role you’ll have the chance to shape how millions of customers experience Specsavers stores across the UK and Ireland.  You’ll be the creative force behind our visual merchandising strategy, leading exciting new initiatives from concept to rollout.  Your work will directly influence how our products are seen, shopped and loved.   

If you’ve got a sharp eye for detail, a head full of ideas, and the leadership skills to bring them to life, this role could be for you.  You’ll bring experience in visual merchandising, commercial acumen and a passion for customer service.  In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved and lead many projects, so organisational skills and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities is key to success.   

You’ll be joining a team that value creativity, collaboration and having a good laugh along the way. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract offering hybrid working, providing opportunities to work from home and meet at our Nottingham office for in person collaboration.  You’ll lead a talented team, shape the future of our in-store experience, and see the real impact of your work in stores nationwide.
