The role
Are you an experienced learning and development leader who loves developing people and creating programmes that make a real difference? We're looking for a Senior Partner Development Manager to lead our Partner Development team and help build the capability, confidence and success of our current and future Partners.
In this role, you'll lead the delivery of partner development strategies across the UK and ROI, ensuring our learning and development offer supports business priorities and drives commercial performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll lead a team of Partner Development professionals, champion leadership capability and create engaging development experiences that support Partners throughout their journey.
To succeed, you'll need significant experience designing, developing and delivering large-scale leadership or training programmes within a complex organisation. You'll also bring proven team management, coaching and mentoring experience, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders. Experience leading change, working at pace and turning learning concepts into impactful development solutions will be essential.
This is a remote role with regular travel to stores and business locations across the UK and ROI. Travel will form an important part of the role and may include overnight stays depending on distance and business requirements.
If you're passionate about leadership development, enjoy leading teams and want to make a lasting impact across a successful and growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
