We’re now looking for a Quality Engineering Delivery Manager to lead quality outcomes across a defined value stream, portfolio, or programme. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all the qualitative attributes of software delivery, as well as managing the QE professionals who support it. You’ll shape and enable the most effective QA delivery strategy, ensuring it’s delivered within time and cost constraints. You’ll forecast and manage resources, drive work-package planning and execution, and deliver outcomes in line with governance requirements.

You’ll lead a team of Quality Managers, Leads, and Engineers—providing consultancy, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll also take ownership of line management, performance development, and deputise for the Principal Engineer when needed.

This is a role where you’ll be at the heart of quality decision-making. You’ll communicate risks and mitigations clearly to stakeholders, identify opportunities for efficiency, and embed quality earlier in the change lifecycle. You’ll enhance QA processes, tools, and behaviours, and act as a key point of escalation and education for internal and external teams.

You’ll bring a strong ability to translate technical risks into business language, helping stakeholders make informed decisions. You’ll be a natural ambassador for quality, supporting teams in scoping and risk management, and promoting a collaborative, inclusive environment. You’ll coach and mentor others, challenge the status quo, and drive continuous improvement across the QA function.
