As a Resourcing Partner you’ll support booking clinical store cover for Locum Optometrists, sourcing and building a network of exceptional candidates to meet our business needs.

Collaborating with Partners and Regional Relationship Managers (RRMs) to understand and fulfill our stores needs. As the Temporary Resourcing Partner within your division, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining business requirements and ensuring the commercial success of our organisation. 

You’ll proactively grow talent pools, using traditional and innovative methods, build networks and speak to candidates to ensure they meet role requirements and align with Specsavers’ vision and values.

We need you to have recent recruitment experience whether from an agency, RPO, or in-house team, and from a clinical or healthcare background would be great!

Strong relationship-building, influencing, and consulting skills are key, along with demonstrating Specsavers’ values and behaviours.
