Specsavers is looking for a Global Talent Design & Facilitation Specialist to join our Talent and Resourcing team – someone who can support our talent accelerant programmes, and the end-to-end development journeys of our top Talent, in new and innovative ways!

You’ll be at the forefront of delivering our Long-Term Framework, ensuring future success and a sustainable business.

Imagine creating impactful and innovative learning solutions and then facilitating those with some of Specsavers’ top talent. Our programmes accelerate Talent at all levels in the organisation, so you’ll need to be confident (and experienced!) designing learning for and facilitating up to Senior Leadership level. Your role will involve designing and facilitating learning experiences as part of a long-term development journey, with a focus on real-time knowledge application, fostering a development mindset, and strengthening collaboration. You’ll also be supporting programme participants throughout that journey, ensuring their engagement and continuous improvement.

Your natural curiosity will help you explore different approaches to development, making sure you are considering the big picture and making connections between talent accelerants and activity in other teams and areas. You’ll collaborate brilliantly with these teams to ensure alignment and to create meaningful and holistic development experiences.
