Location: Kings Heath - new store!

Salary: Negotiable plus quartley and end of year bonus'

Working hours: Full time including 1 weekend day

Experience level: Must have current Retail / Optical management experience

In November this year we are relocating to a new larger store. It will operate 7-8 test rooms, have all new equipment and be an exciting new adventure for our team. 

We are looking for an experienced manager (ideally optics but retail welcome) to join us on this journey. You will directly manage the retail shop floor and its 20-30 colleagues, an incredible opportunity to grow your experience and skillset. Alongside you there will be 2 fantastic store partners, a Lab manager and an Admin manager. The store will be located just a few doors from our current store on the Kings heath high street and will offer free parking.

As a Store Manager at Specsavers, you’ll bring the energy to motivate and encourage the wider team, ensuring our high standards are maintained at all times.

Leadership skills are crucial. This means leading by example and inspiring others to strive for excellence, providing the best possible customer care.

With your optical/retail experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like - you’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensure financial & performance goals are met, develop commercial opportunities and support with the training, development, recruitment & induction of staff members.
