Store Manager

We have an amazing opportunity to join our brand new store opening in Fort William in March 2026. As we are aiming to fill this position prior to store opening the training will take place at our Oban store, you will need to be able to commute to Oban store for initial training but there will be accommodations made in terms of start and finish times and travel subsistence.

As long as you’re ready to lead by example, be hands on and champion a customer-first mindset, you can make a difference as a Store Manager at Specsavers Fort William. Alongside your hard work getting our store and team running like clockwork, we’ll support you to grow your skills even further than you thought possible. You’ll be at the forefront of bringing better hear and eye care to your community, while progressing your career and supporting others to do the same. You’ll find our Fort William store conveniently located at Tweedale. The store is easy to reach by public transport, and for those driving, there’s plenty of parking available.

What we’re looking for?

• Great leader with ambition
• Experience in Optics desirable, but not required
• Commerically minded
• Experience in managing in a fast faced retail environment
• Eye for detail and positive attitude
• Be flexible and adaptable
