As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, helping to create an exceptional experience for every customer. Working closely with the Store Directors and management team, you'll support, coach and motivate colleagues, empowering them to make the right decisions for customers while helping the store achieve its goals.
Whether your background is in optics, retail, customer service or another supervisory role, we'll provide the support and development you need to succeed. You'll have the opportunity to build on your leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and continue progressing your career with the support of experienced Opticians, Technicians and store leaders.

We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role- - this includes:
- Previous supervisory, team leader or management experience
- Confidence coaching, motivating and supporting a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling customer queries and resolving issues effectively
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience achieving individual or team performance targets
- Optical experience (desirable but not essential)
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
