Main Responsibilities 

• Overseeing the shop floor and ensuring clinics are on time 
• Lead by example in excellent customer service
• Ensuring all targets and goals are met throughout the team
• Maintaining the store and supporting the staff 
• Ensure shop floor is always presented well
