Talent & Leadership LX Designer

We’re looking for a Learning Experience Designer who can bring innovation, creativity, and expertise to our global Talent & Leadership team on a 9 month fixed term contract.  

This isn’t just about designing courses; it’s about shaping the future of leadership at Specsavers. You’ll craft digital-first learning experiences that inspire, engage, and empower leaders across our global support teams. Your work will help us create world-class development opportunities that align with business ambitions and enable our people to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing landscape.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver impactful learning solutions, from videos to simulations, infographics, and blended learning pathways. You’ll apply human-centred design principles and the latest learning science to create experiences that are not only visually stunning but also deeply effective.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll partner with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and leadership specialists to co-create solutions that meet real business needs. You’ll also play a key role in promoting these offerings, using compelling storytelling and data-driven insights to demonstrate their impact.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong grounding in learning theory, instructional design, and UX principles, combined with a creative mindset and an eye for detail. You’ll be confident using tools like Articulate Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, and multimedia platforms to produce high-quality assets. Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and data-driven evaluation will help you stay ahead of the curve. Just as important are your communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders, because great learning experiences start with great relationships.
