If you’re curious, kind, and excited to learn, this is a brilliant place to begin.You’ll join as a Trainee Technology Customer Service Analyst and grow into a fully fledged Analyst with the support of a friendly, expert team. From day one, you’ll be talking to colleagues on the phone and chat, logging what’s going on, and guiding them through fixes that get them back to doing what they do best. You won’t be left on your own; you’ll learn how to triage issues, use our knowledge base, and know when to escalate, step by step, with people around you who’ve got your back. Because we support colleagues seven days a week, there’s always something new to learn and another chance to put your growing skills into practice.What makes this different is how much you’ll grow. You’ll build confidence quickly—first by solving the small things, then by tackling trickier problems as your knowledge expands. You’ll learn how great service feels, how clear communication makes tough moments easier, and how to explain technical ideas in a way anyone can understand. If you enjoy spotting patterns and making things better, you’ll also help improve how the desk runs—writing simple, helpful guides, sharing tips with teammates, and suggesting smarter ways to work.
