As a Trainee Optical Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day.  

The role 

This position is a dual Optics and Hearcare role. Ultimately you will move into Hearcare administration and enrol on the Audiology practioner traineeship. The first 12 months you will be working as an Optical assistant with Hearcare Assistant Clinical Support role.  Meaning you will be the Hearcare champion and point of contact for our shop floor. This includes minor repairs, scheduling appointments and handling triage on shop floor. Alongside other basic optical assistant tasks.
