As a Trainee Optical Assistant, you don’t need to have previous experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

Our store is home to a fantastic team of dedicated individuals who are eager to meet you. Our team includes experienced optometrists providing expert eye care, skilled dispensing opticians ensuring the perfect fit for every pair of glasses, and friendly retail assistants who make every customer feel welcome. We also have audiologists offering hearing services, supported by a strong admin and management team to keep everything running smoothly. Together, we create an environment where learning and development are encouraged every day, and where everyone plays a vital role in making a real difference to the local community.
