Porthmadog Specsavers is a busy, community-focused store located on the town's High Street, providing a wide range of optical and audiology services to customers across Gwynedd and the surrounding areas. The store is committed to delivering outstanding customer care in a welcoming and professional environment, with a strong focus on teamwork, development, and service excellence. Conveniently situated within walking distance of Porthmadog's town centre transport links, including local bus services and Porthmadog railway station, the store is easily accessible. What we’re looking for? 

Some of the responsibilities of this role include: 

• Welcoming customers into store 
• Booking in eye tests 
• Pre-screening patients 
• Providing style advice 
• Measuring frames 
• Taking phone call
