Utilities Manager

In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and embedding processes that facilitate smooth and efficient collaboration with our group’s contracted utilities providers and waste management partners. You will design, establish, and embed robust workflows to ensure seamless management of utilities and waste contracts. Additionally, you will develop systems to track and report on supplier performance, providing actionable insights to both partners and the organization.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in contract management, utilities, or waste management. Strong process design and project management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. An analytical mindset with a focus on performance monitoring and reporting will set you apart.

The key responsibilities of this role is process development & implementation, focusing on design, establish and embed robust workflows. Performance Monitoring by developing systems to track and report on supplier performance, providing actional insights to partners and the organisation. Stakeholder engagement and future-state planning by proposing and operational structure and processes for the business as usual operations.
