As an Optical Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day.

Our store is located in the city centre of Lincoln, with ample public transport links and car parks available nearby.

We have a friendly and close-knit team of 35 dedicated people who are looking forward to welcoming you to the team!

What we’re looking for?

Some of the skills we’re looking for include: 

• Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant is preferred 
• Previous experience within Retail is essential 
• Passion for providing excellent customer service 
• Teamworking 
• IT confident 
• Excellent communication and listening 
• Ability to adapt and develop
