Position: Dispensing Optician Manager
Location:  Calcot, Dorset  

Salary: up to £40,000 depending on experience + sales driven based bonus

Hours: Full Time – Monday to Saturday to include one day off in the week

Experience level: Must have Optical experience.

As a DO Manager at Specsavers Calcot, you’ll bring the energy to motivate and encourage the wider team of 5, ensuring our high standards are always maintained.  The store has been open for 5 years, so has a strong customer base.

Leadership skills are crucial. This means leading by example and inspiring others to strive for excellence, providing the best possible customer care.

With your optical experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like - you’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensure financial & performance goals are met.

We’re looking for an expert team leader to manage the morning huddles, take responsibility, organised, approachable, driven, and supportive - making people feel confident and free to input their ideas and suggestions.
