Competitive salary and two bonus schemes. If you're meeting all expectations, you can receive an on-target bonus every three months and an annual bonus depending on company performance.

For more money security in the future you’ll be auto
enrolled into our pension scheme. You can contribute 4% of your salary into your pension, monthly, and Specsavers will contribute 8%.

Eyecare
Of course, we're going to encourage you to look after your sight (and you definitely should go to Specsavers). That's why we offer you a free sight test, including OCT and a £220 eyecare voucher to use in-store every single year.
Hearcare
It’s not just your eyes we take care of, it’s your ears too. If you need hearing aids, we’ll give you £500 towards the cost of them every four years. But even if your hearing is supersonic, we’ll offer free wax removal every year.
Family and friends
It’s not just you who gets our great benefits, you can name two people to receive our friends and family offer for eyecare, and discounts for hearcare too.
Time for you
25 days' holiday, growing to 30 days with service. And if this isn't enough or too much, you have the option to buy or sell up to five days. We also give you the chance to swap your bank holidays to a day that is more important to you.
Electrical Vehicles scheme
