Hi I’m Abby!

I have worked at Specsavers for over nine years, I started my career working in store as an apprentice then went on to complete my cert 3 & 4. I loved my time in store learning about how the business operates, the values, customer care, and the quality service.

Then in 2019 I joined the resourcing functions within our support office where I have gained a wealth of experience within the early careers and locum teams. Most recently, I supported recruitment of Pre-registration Optometrists engaging with students across the UK and working closely with our store partners to find the best talent for their teams. 

I have now taken on an exciting new role where I will be recruiting Audiologists for our Hearcare stores across the UK. This role allows me to continue helping our teams grow and ensure we find the right talent to support our customers.
