At Vision Express, I focused on nurturing the careers of newly qualified Optometrists, providing guidance and support to help them thrive in their early professional journeys. Prior to this, I played a key role at Boots, where I successfully recruited both Optometrists and Pharmacists, contributing to the growth of their healthcare services. 

My career also includes several years of agency recruitment, where I built a reputation for excellence. This diverse experience gives me a unique perspective on both in-house and agency recruitment strategies, making me a well-rounded and highly effective resource for attracting top talent. 

Based in Nottingham, I enjoy balancing my professional life with family time. I'm a proud mum to two young children. I find joy in connecting with loved ones, but I also value my personal time—particularly relaxing with a long bath, a captivating thriller, or one of Vex King’s inspirational books.
