Admin/Call Centre Assistant

So, what does it take to be a successful Admin/Call Centre Assistant? You’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including answering calls, updating & filing records, processing invoices and sending out correspondence. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success.

We’re looking for someone to join our friendly team, who is able to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, maintaining accuracy & attention to detail. An organised, pro-active approach is key – we are looking for someone who wants career progression!

Based in our Bishop Auckland store with excellent public transport links. 

What's on offer? 

• Part Time - 30 hours per week over 4 days (7.5 hours per day) 
• You will work on a rotational roster which means you must be flexible to work each day of the week as your days off will change
• Weekend working is required
• Salary: up to £20,193.82 depending on experience
• Extra day off on your birthday
• Access to private healthcare after completing probation period

You will also need to be prepared to create an outstanding service and environment for both our customers and team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.
