Administration / Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be organised, IT proficient and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of administration including checking NHS submissions, chasing up any missing information, handling any issues that may arise with our NHS orders, alongside inbound and outbound calls. This role also involves working on the shopfloor on a rota basis helping with our hearing repairs and enquiries. The aim is to provide a top-notch Customer service that will support the store’s success.
