As the Team Leader at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our business. You’ll make sure all administration and clinic scheduling is completed in the most effective, efficient way possible, and you’ll always put the customers first. The domiciliary side of this means you’ll be surrounded and support by a team bringing care to the homes of the people who can’t come into our stores. Essentially, you’ll be making a real difference every day.

What we’re looking for? 

• You must have supervisory or team leader experience gained within an office or store enviroment
• Customer care skills are paramount as is your experience in process management
• It would be advantageous if you have an optical or audiology background
