Business Change Manager

We're looking for a dynamic & adaptable change subject matter expert, that takes a pragmatic approuch to Business Change,  you'll be joining a dedicated change management function on a permenant basis. If you're within a commutable distance to our Whiteley office and can attend the office a couple of days a week (with flexibility), we would love to hear from you!

As a Business Change Manager, you'll be reporting to the Senior Business Change Manager and working at the forefront of our global change initiatives. You'll lead the business readiness capability, conducting change impact assessments and planning business readiness activities. You'll work closely with regional and local stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of changes.

In this role, you'll conduct change impact assessments to identify what is changing, who will be impacted, and how. You'll plan and deliver business readiness activities, including communications, user acceptance testing, and training. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes successfully and at pace. You'll champion the Embrace Change Framework and continuously improve it. You'll also support programme, portfolio, and business governance and reporting.

To thrive in this role, you'll need a strong grasp of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Being adaptable and effective in ambiguous situations is key along with applyig a pragmatic approuch to business change. Building and maintaining strong relationships will be crucial as you manage large transformation projects. Additionally, experience with large-scale international organizational change efforts will be valuable in picking up ongoing projects.
