Often referred to as the ‘Engine Room’ for our retail business, the wider Central Operations Team aims to support the wider Partnership with the tools, information and guidance they need to run an effective and successful business.
As a Retail Operations Manager, you would be an integral part of the engine, responsible for the day-to-day management and wider development of the key tools our Partners need to run a successful business. You’ll be a crucial part of the Groups activity planning ensuring that the workload for store has been carefully considered and draft considered recommendations via the Optical Leadership Team to ensure that all activity lands successfully.
You will be advising project teams and other business areas on operational process, ensuring that activity that lands in stores is fit for purpose and set up for success. You'll also be responsible for the execution and landing of key retail operations lead projects such as our paper-less agenda and Daily Hub tools.
