As a Clinical Performance Consultant, (CPC) you'll play a crucial role in supporting and developing our stores, partners, and clinicians to ensure our patients receive the eye care they need now and in the future.

We are looking for someone who can support stores across East Midlands and the surrounding areas. This is a field-based role and will involve regular travel to Stores within your region as well as some ocassional evening and weekend requirements. There will also be other opportunities to meet with the wider Clinical Performance team throughout the year.

 

As a Clinical Performance Consultant, you will champion the profession and maintain a strong presence among Optometrists in your territory. Leveraging your expertise in professional development and advanced qualifications, you will spearhead the clinical agenda and collaborate with Optometrists in stores to enhance their growth. Working closely with the Regional Support Team, you will drive business performance and foster store growth through your proven commercial acumen. You will also develop strategies to optimise patient access to high-quality clinical care. Comfortable with event delivery, you will support stores across your region, inspiring and empowering colleagues with the confidence, tools, and skills needed to elevate clinical performance.
