Contact Lens Operations Manager

Project Secondment – 6 Months Term

With a relentless customer focus you will take full ownership for the planning, development, and delivery of our ambitious “One Best Way” best-practice project, a project that will enable our Partners to change more lives and grow their contact lens business.

 

As an experienced Store Manager, Clinician, Support Office Colleague or working within a Retail Support Team your curiosity will have enabled you to have developed an extensive understanding of how to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Alternatively, you may be a Specsavers subject matter expert who can demonstrate a record of successfully delivering large scale change projects.  

 

This role will support your development and allow you to shape the future of contact lenses within our stores whilst on route to achieving your career ambition. Above all though you will be an energetic collaborative team player who can drive your own success whilst supporting others to achieve their ambitions and goals.
