Customer Service Assistant: Paignton and Totnes

As a Trainee Optical Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day.  Ideally you'll be happy to work at both Paignton and Totnes stores, but you can be based at one full time if preferred.

What we’re looking for? 

Some of the responsibilities of this role include: 

• Welcoming customers into store 

• Booking in eye tests 

• Pre-screening patients 

• Providing style advice 

• Measuring frames 

• Taking phone call
