Ready to start a new adventure? Join our People Reporting & Insights team at Specsavers on a 12 month fixed term contract as a Data Analyst to help us drive forward our people data capabilities. 

This People Reporting & Insights team provides a reporting and analysis service to key stakeholders across People & Organisation and the wider Specsavers business. The team provides information about our People to support business processes and translates data into insight to support data driven decision making.

You'll have the opportunity to develop Power BI dashboards and reports that provide a global view of our people data, helping key stakeholders make informed decisions. With basic SQL skills, you'll be able to contribute to creating and maintaining these vital data products.

We’re looking for someone who’s confident with Power BI and Power Query, has a good grasp of HR data and metrics, and possesses a keen eye for detail. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure are also important. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will help you partner effectively with various business areas to ensure our data products hit the mark.
