About The Role

Specsavers in Wakefield are looking for a new Dispensing Optician Manager to lead a team of 2 Dispensing Opticians. The store is located in Sainsbury's and has 2 test rooms with 2 clinics running per day. Your role will consist of dispensing, as well as driving performance and conducting 1-1's. The rotas, return to works and other admin duties are dealt with via the Operations Manager. 

We are happy to consider experienced Dispensing Opticians looking to take the next step in their career, or experienced Dispensing Optician Managers, however bonus is only paid when supervising or for the Dispensing Optician Manager role.

From time to time there may be a crossover at our sister store in Wakefield if cover is needed due to planned holidays, this will also give you the opportunity to manage a larger team on those days to enhance your skills.
