Divisional Property Surveyor North (UK)

At Specsavers, we’re looking for a Divisional Property Surveyor to take ownership of property activity across the North of England to include North West and North East of the UK. We need someone who brings their expertise, and a strong approach to estate growth and management.

In this key role, you’ll take the lead on all property-related activity across your region. From identifying and securing new store locations to managing lease events and optimising our property portfolio, you’ll be influential in supporting our expansion while keeping a close eye on value and risk.

You’ll handle everything from site acquisitions and relocations and estate management—always ensuring we’re aligned with internal standards and legal requirements. Your ability to analyse data, negotiate effectively, and manage multiple projects will be needed!

Working closely with colleagues across Retail Support, Business Development, and beyond, you’ll help shape our property strategy and deliver on ambitious goals. Your established network of contacts—especially across the North —will be a real asset in spotting opportunities and navigating the market.

We’re after someone with an advanced landlord and tenant knowledge with a strong understanding of legal, statues and established commercial practice with a proven track record both acquisitions and estate management. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are a must.
