DO / CLO Manager

In this role, you’ll have the freedom to introduce new ways of working, support and mentor your team, and influence the future direction of the business.

This role will have duel elements working some days in a CLO capacity and others in a DO capacity alongside your leadership respondabilities, meaning your working week will be anything but repetative and boring!

You will benefit from the full support of a senior hospital optometrist as well as the wider team.

• Registered GOC Contact Lens Optician
• A proven track record of fantastic optical store leadership
• Great communicator 
• Experience in managing teams 
• Eye for detail
