Role: Domiciliary Manager

Location: Mansfield

Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum DOE

Benefits include: a car allowance, 33 days holiday plus birthday day off

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to stay within the optics market with the variety of being office based as well as field based a few days per month.You will manage the office team, who between them, have over 107 years of combined Specsavers experience between them. Worried about moving jobs? Don’t be, these guys know everything you will ever need to know when starting your career in Specsavers Home Visits, you are in very safe hands. The core essentials of this role are to ensure the essential delivery of our services in Optics and Audiology across our region.  You will also be identifying any process improvements and working collaboratively with your teams to ensure we provide the motivation, tools and training required to continue to build on our, already excellent reputation.  You will need to demonstrate your ability to have challenging conversations as well as being able to lead and motivate in a positive and cohesive manner as you will be managing between 12-14 colleagues.

In addition to the above, you will provide support to the non-qualified clinical team by visiting them on clinics, conducting observations to ensure the staff have everything they need to do their jobs well but also to communicate any changes to processes or to roll out new information.  At Specsavers we are passionate about our people and their development.
