Finance Analyst

You’ll be part of a team that ensures the numbers add up and every transaction tells the right story. Working with detailed transactional data, you’ll be responsible for accurate reconciliation across both store and group-level accounts. You’ll become the go-to person for analysing trends, identifying risks, and keeping our financials on point. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you finalise bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You’ll work closely with various departments across the business, including our store partners, to ensure smooth financial operations. You’ll also liaise with external auditors, providing clear and accurate documentation to support queries, support project work, and help shape new systems and processes with your sharp insights and proactive approach. You’ll import manual bank statements, generate and complete mass imports, and ensure all financial data is processed accurately and efficiently.

Meeting service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer service expectations will be second nature to you. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help ensure we continue to deliver excellence in everything we do.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and still deliver high volumes of work with accuracy. You’ll need a solid understanding of finance processes, strong Excel skills (think XLOOKUPs and pivot tables), and a drive for continuous improvement and automation.
