FSS Analyst

This is a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role at either our Nottingham or Guernsey offices.

At Specsavers, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver accurate and efficient financial processes that support our purpose of changing lives through better sight and hearing. As part of the Transaction Processing team, you'll analyse and reconcile high-volume financial data across our store and group structure, helping to ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with finance teams, store directors and cost centre managers to resolve queries, identify risks and improve processes. You'll also support intercompany recharges, investigate exceptions, contribute to continuous improvement projects and help maintain strong financial controls as our business continues to evolve.

To be successful, you'll have a good understanding of finance processes and accounting principles, ideally supported by studying towards an AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent. You'll be highly organised, comfortable working with large volumes of data and have a keen eye for detail. Strong analytical skills, confidence using Excel and the ability to build positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders will be key. Most importantly, you'll be proactive, curious and motivated to find solutions while ensuring high standards of accuracy are maintained.
