Global Learning Experience Creative Design Lead

Specsavers is looking for a Global Learning Experience (GLX) Creative Design Lead to architect innovative GLX initiatives that will shape the future of learning for our Support Office and Manufacturing & Distribution / Supply Chain teams globally.

Working in a thriving, fast-paced Global matrix organisation you’ll lead projects from conception through to delivery and on-going improvement. Your creativity will shine at every stage as you apply human-centred design thinking to ideate and visualise engaging design concepts, themes and specifications for business-aligned Global Learning initiatives and assets. You’ll use your breadth of project experience to consult, negotiate and influence senior business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts through GLX creation; manage external suppliers and in-house content designers and developers in the build of beautifully crafted GLX solutions – on time, to specification and within budget; while liaising with global Communications and regional L&D leads to drive successful GLX adoption across the business.
