Head of Category Management (Audiology)

As Head of Category Development (Audiology) you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, driving the global supply chain strategy that powers our audiology business.  This is your opportunity to lead with impact.

You’ll be the driving force behind our global audiology supply chain strategy.  You’ll lead a high performing team, manage key supplier relationships, and ensure our product portfolio meets the needs of our markets.  From developing category plan and negotiating supplier agreements to bringing new products to market and managing costs, your work will directly impact the quality and accessibility of hearing care across our business. 

You’ll also be a key connector, building strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across product, clinical, commercial, and retail teams, as well as with our external suppliers and partners. Your ability to align global strategy with local market needs will be critical, as will your skill in navigating complex matrix environments and driving collaboration across functions and geographies.

We’re looking for someone who brings expertise in supply chains and the audiology market, with a sharp eye on trends and technologies.  You’ll be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, confident in your ability to influence across matrix structures and inspire action.  Your ability to build trusted relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate with clarity will be essential.
