Head of Global Contact Lens and Accessories Advancement

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a highly visible leadership role within Supply Chain, shaping the future of our global Contact Lens and Accessories categories. As Head of Global Contact Lens and Accessories Advancement, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering our global strategy, bringing together regional teams, supplier partners and stakeholders to drive growth, strengthen security of supply and create long-term value for our business, partners and customers.

Working across multiple regions and functions, you'll lead the delivery of key strategic initiatives, build and develop relationships with our global supplier base, and drive commercial and operational improvements that support business performance. You'll identify opportunities and risks, influence decision making at senior levels and ensure our category strategies are successfully translated into outcomes that meet both current and future business needs. You'll also lead and develop a small team while helping to shape the wider direction of the function.

It is important to note that there is frequent of travel required for this role, an approximation is internationally each quarter with regular Uk travel throughout the year.

We're looking for an established leader who combines strong commercial and supply chain thinking with the ability to build trusted relationships across a complex stakeholder landscape. You'll bring management experience from within an optical or retail environment, strong influencing skills and the confidence to work across different regions, cultures and disciplines. You'll be comfortable using data and insight to guide decisions, balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail, while bringing a whole-business mindset to the opportunities and challenges ahead.
