So, what does it take to be a successful Host?   You’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, you'll be the face of the front of house in store, meeting & greeting customers, welcoming all customers at the door, and giving first class customer service. The aim is to provide a top-notch service and hands on assistant that will aid the store’s success and support the customers journey.

What we’re looking for? 

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as a Trainee Optical Assistant. These include:  

• Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers’ lives easier 

• Great teamwork 

• A good initiative 

• Confidence in using IT systems 

• Excellent communication and listening skills 

• Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new 

• Able to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we’ll be there to support and guide you throughout your process (with your openness and our guidance, your opportunities will be endless).
