Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? Specsavers is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our M&D Supply Chain team in Southampton. This is your chance to make a real impact by shaping and implementing effective people strategies that drive business success.
As an HR Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our mission to create the best place to work. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to build people capability and support the delivery of our long-term strategic framework. Your role will involve frequent travel to Kidderminster and Kettering, ensuring you stay connected with our teams across different locations.
In this role, you'll act as a change agent, influencing and coaching business managers to achieve their goals. You'll build strong relationships through open communication, trust, and respect, embodying our Global Values and Behaviours. Your ability to inspire and drive engagement will be key to your success.
We're looking for someone with excellent stakeholder management skills, a curious and growth mindset, and the ability to challenge and solve complex people issues. Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will help you navigate the challenges of this role. Strong communication and facilitation skills are a must, as you'll be working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
