Are you ready to make a difference at Specsavers? We're on the lookout for a passionate Junior Reporting Analyst to join our Global People Analytics Team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excel at reporting accurate data, and enjoy engaging with stakeholders to establish requirements, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Imagine being part of a team that supports key stakeholders across the Specsavers business, helping to drive data-driven decisions and evidence-based strategies. As a Junior Reporting Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in providing information from our core People System (SuccessFactors) to support various business processes, projects, and initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to changing lives through better sight and hearing, delivering outstanding value, and creating a workplace where colleagues are proud to belong.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for triaging and responding to information requests via the People Hub. You'll liaise with stakeholders to understand their requirements, create bespoke datasets and reports, and ensure the right information is available at the right time. Your advanced Excel skills will come in handy as you undertake data analysis and manipulation, maintaining the Report Output Catalogue and other key reference materials.
We're looking for someone with experience in working with database systems, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent communication skills. You'll need to be organized and responsive, able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks while adhering to SLAs and tight deadlines. If you can demonstrate Specsavers' values and behaviors, and have a passion for continuous improvement, you'll fit right in.
