Supervisor

So, you’re a proactive people person ready to take the next step in your Optics career and be the driving force in our stores? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Supervisor role could be perfect for you.  

As an Supervisor, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

What we’re looking for? 
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as a Supervisor. These include:  

• Previous retail Optical experience
• Leadership skills
