Salary: Salary up to £75k! (Depending on experience) + Bonus up to £6k  (terms apply) 
Working hours: Full Time or Part Time
Experience level: You must be a GOC registered Optometrist

Our stores range from 3 all the way up to 13 testing rooms, so we have something for everyone!

We are looking to recruit an ambitious Lead Optometrist. We’re a community-focused store dedicated to ensuring that every one of our customers receives an excellent patient experience. We’re seeking an Optometrist ready to use their passion and knowledge to help us build on our ever-growing and loyal customer base. Not only are you less than 40 minutes from the beach but you can also get to Cambridge in an hour and London in less than 2 hours on a direct service route.

 What’s on offer?

•    Salary: Up to £75,000 (depending on experience and supervision)
•    Full or Part Time available!
•    6 month and 12-month contracts available along with Permanent positions

•   Multi site working possible across a  Large store with 12 test rooms and a small store with 3 – can either work between stores or separately. •    Opportunity for lead Optometrist

•    Relocation package available for those moving for the role to include accommodation.

Location:
Norwich was traditionally known as the chief city of east Anglia and is located in Norfolk. It is also well known to be the most complete medieval city in the UK with its cobbled streets and ancient buildings not to mention the idyllic river Wensum which flows through the city toward the Norwich Castle.

Whatever your ambitions, from WOPEC qualifications and Independent Prescribing to Paediatric Accreditations and Enhanced Optical Services, we’ll do everything we can to help you be the best clinician you can be. 

Our Optometrists are an integral part of our store management team, so we’re keen to get you up to speed outside the test room too. With ILM courses, Pre-Reg supervision and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway) all available to explore. Along with your clinical expertise – this will stand you in good stead if you choose to become a store director yourself one day.
