I joined Specsavers in March 2022, as a consultant in our Specsavers Early Talent Team where I was responsible for supporting the next generation of clinical talent into our businesses. This enabled me to gain a great insight into Specsavers as a business and a firm understanding of the qualities that we look for in our Optometrists of the future.   

Fast forward to today and I have spent the last 6 months supporting some amazing clinical talent into vital roles within our businesses. I pride myself on delivering a supportive, consultative service to both directors and candidates, guiding both parties to ensure that everyone’s needs are met.  

Outside of the office I enjoy heading to my local pool for a relaxing swim or in the kitchen trying out a new recipe.
