In Audiology, we’re at an exciting stage of growth, expanding our services to help more people take care of their hearing, promote good ear health, and challenge the stigma around hearing loss. The Audiology Marketing team are at the forefront of this mission—driving appointments and encouraging more people to get their hearing checked. Our plans span everything from national campaigns to local initiatives, ensuring we reach everyone who needs us.

The Audiology Marketing team sits part of the Audiology Trading Team, where we blend marketing expertise with product strategy. Whether it’s hearing devices, hearing protection, or services like hearing checks and wax removal, we bring it all together seamlessly. Our businesses are at the heart of local communities, which means effective local marketing is key to growing our customer base and making a real difference.

As the Local Marketing Manager - Audiology, you’ll support our store partners with local marketing initiatives, building strong relationships, assessing local market conditions, and creating campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive appointments. You’ll work closely with the Audiology Trading and Activation Marketing Lead helping shape and deliver impactful marketing activity across both a local and national level, while collaborating with the wider optics marketing team to align plans and share insights.

And it doesn’t stop there; you’ll also support new audiology businesses with their launch plans and help existing ones minimise trading disruptions. You’ll bring creativity to the implementation of local marketing plans, work with internal teams to ensure high-quality media output, and partner with external media agencies to develop and optimise targeted media plans.

We’re looking for someone with solid marketing experience and a strong understanding of local retail marketing. Collaboration is a big part of this role, especially when working with team members based in different locations. You’ll also need to be a confident communicator and presenter, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and business owners.

This is a field-based/remote role with travel to stores across the South and London regions, so a full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
