Master Data Management is at the heart of our operations, making sure the business data is accurate, reliable and ready to power out decisions. When our master data is accurate, it saves time, money and helps make smarter decisions. Our MDM team is all about creating and maintaining this data, making sure everything is top-notch for our customers.

As an MDM Administrator, you’ll be at the forefront of setting up timely maintenance of supplier data within the Open Accounts, Basware and Oracle systems. Managing master data throughout its lifecycle, from new records to amendments, making sure every change is genuine and from a valid source. Your keen eye for detail will protect the business from fraud, ensuring we stay safe and secure. Your role is more than just data entry; it’s about building a fortress of data integrity, governance and excellent service for our customers.

Day to day, you’ll be diving into external supplier data, conducting investigations and anti-fraud checks to keep our business safe from any attacks. Your logical approach will shine as you identify patterns within the data, turning information into valuable insights for the business. Getting involved with the team’s daily workload; you’ll make sure that resources are utilised while maintaining a comprehensive audit trail of any data changes. Plus, you’ll get involved with ad hoc activities, project work, cross training and review data for accuracy.
