We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Middle Weight Integrated Designer with a strong foundation in traditional graphic design and specialised expertise in motion design. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your design knowledge while diving deep into the creation of dynamic visual content for digital platforms. As a key member of our design team, you’ll be expected to blend your solid design expertise with a passion for animation and motion graphics to produce engaging content across a variety of platforms.

 

You’ll help shape a fully integrated creative offering, working across print, digital, and motion to deliver standout campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, project managers, and concept teams to develop ideas that not only look great but also work effectively across every platform.

 

In this role, you’ll be hands-on with everything from brand campaigns to social content, creating compelling visuals that elevate our storytelling. You’ll also support and develop the team by sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. Whether it’s preparing flawless files for print, animating for digital, or presenting ideas with confidence, you’ll be a trusted creative partner who knows how to make an impact.

 

We’re looking for someone with a strong portfolio that showcases adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to tell stories across multiple formats. You should have experience preparing files for both print and digital, a solid understanding of digital design, and a curiosity about the possibilities of motion, CGI, and emerging technologies. You understand what makes content great—from motion graphics to social trends—and you’re always looking for new ways to innovate.

 

This role can be based in Guernsey or will require travel to the island.
