We have plenty of professional training and development in other business areas, as well as the support of experienced Opticians and Technicians supporting you on your journey. Our store
Located in Aldridge, our busy store is conveniently located on the High Street, close to ample public car parks and bus routes. 

Our team
We have a wonderful team of dedicated people in our store ready and waiting for you to meet. 

What’s on Offer?
As well as all the support you need and great training and development opportunities, we have a whole load of benefits on offer for you to enjoy. These include:

• Up to £12.21 per hour 
• Full time - 37.5 hours with weekend working
• Bonus after probation 

What we’re looking for?
Some of the skills we’re looking for include:

• Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant is preferred
• Passion for providing excellent customer service
• Teamworking
• IT confident
• Excellent communication and listening
• Ability to adapt and develop
